Receive, wash and inspect

Whole fruit can enter a washing/elevator or conditional brush-washing configuration before manual inspection. The actual choice follows firmness, surface condition, water duty and layout.

Prepare the fruit

Agree how fruit will be peeled, trimmed or otherwise prepared before pulping. The method follows fruit condition and the intended product; a standard automatic kiwi peeler is not included in the listed equipment range.

Pulp and finish

Prepared feed enters one combined two-stage pulper and finisher family. Screen, working parts, feed condition and product inspection are selected together.

Create or separate juice when required

Juice extraction and membrane filtration remain engineering interfaces. A conditional separator can be reviewed only after a suitable liquid feed and measurable target exist.

Buffer, treat and fill

Tanks balance duties, a separately selected transfer arrangement feeds the project-specific thermal skid, and the treated product connects to bulk bag filling.

Clean by equipment boundary

Closed product circuits can connect to CIP. Open elevators, belts, brushes and accessible processing parts retain their own washdown, COP or manual tasks.
