A useful price starts with a defined scope
A processing-line price has little meaning without an equipment list and a clear starting and finishing point. State whether the project begins with whole fruit, prepared pulp or juice, and whether it ends before treatment or at a filled bulk package. Individual-machine supply and coordinated line supply are different quotations. This site does not publish a generic price because those choices materially change the required scope.
Capacity and product determine the selection work
Record the quantity per hour and name the measurement point. Include fruit condition, product properties, operating hours and product changes. These details influence washing, preparation, pulping, buffering, transfer and treatment duties. A water-based flow figure does not establish the same performance on puree. Avoid comparing quotations solely by a capacity number without checking the material and operating conditions behind it.
Compare what is included around the machines
Request a breakdown of the selected equipment, controls, connecting piping, platforms, utilities and documentation. Clarify site installation, commissioning, training, inspection and acceptance activities when they are relevant to the project. Freight, local infrastructure and adjacent processing equipment should have named responsibilities. An item outside the offer should be visible rather than being assumed to be included in a line price.
Prepare a short, comparable enquiry
A concise enquiry can start with the product, incoming material, capacity basis, package and project location. Add an existing layout or describe installed equipment if the project is an expansion. State the utilities available and the help you need with installation. These inputs support a proposal you can compare on equipment duties and supply responsibilities, without asking you to complete a detailed engineering worksheet before first contact.
