Three-Tank CIP System for Kiwifruit Processing
A three-tank skid with pumps, valve manifold, pipework and controls supplies repeatable cleaning circuits for compatible closed product equipment.

AT A GLANCE
A defined duty in your processing line.
Three tanks, pumps, valve manifold, connected pipework and a control cabinet are visible.
- Process stage
- Closed-circuit cleaning
- Incoming material
- Utilities and cleaning media defined for the installed closed circuits.
- Outlet
- Cleaning supply and return through the selected circuit boundary.
Final configuration and capacity are selected for the material, product and installation.

What to specify before quotation.
| Selection factor | What to provide or confirm |
|---|---|
| Circuit inventory | List tanks, pipework, thermal skid and filler boundaries separately. |
| Soil and product | Define residues and changeover conditions using the actual products. |
| Utilities | Confirm water, heating, drainage and recovery responsibilities. |
| Verification | Agree sampling, inspection and release responsibilities. |
CLEANING & INSPECTION
Access follows the installed geometry.
The CIP skid itself needs drainability, access and maintenance planning. Open belts, brushes, elevators and exposed pulping parts retain their own COP or manual tasks.
LINE INTERFACES
Connect the duty, not only the nozzle.
Map each supply and return route, valve state, drain destination and isolation point.
CONFIGURATION & SUPPLY SCOPE
Confirm the details that matter.
The selected circuits, residues, utilities and verification requirements determine tank duty and the cleaning sequence. Open machinery retains separate cleaning procedures.
