Seed-retained puree
Define visible seed distribution, acceptable fragments, peel and coarse fibre. Use a representative reference sample and a consistent inspection method. Inclusion through pumping, thermal passages and bulk filling needs review with the actual particle profile.
Screened puree
Specify retained body and the acceptable coarse fraction. Screening changes texture and reject streams; it is not a universal peeling operation. Compare feed, accepted puree and reject before choosing the final configuration.
Cloudy juice
Describe suspended solids, settling and intended beverage or ingredient use. Decide whether a selected liquid-separation stage is useful for that feed. The juice target and measurement method remain separate from a puree screen specification.
