Bring the feed history to the tie-in
Record purchased or existing puree/juice composition, peel/seed history, added water or enzymes, temperature and previous treatment. Identify the upstream sampling and custody point. A prepared ingredient does not mean every upstream variable is known.
Connect the operating envelopes
State batch availability and downstream flow demand, viscosity/particles at the actual temperature, transfer pressure and cleaning boundaries. Coordinate thermal outlet and the selected bulk filler; describe bag fitment and container handling separately.
Agree the record package
Request a marked process diagram, equipment list, utility and connection schedule, and the representative-product trial and acceptance plan. Product-process validation remains an identified responsibility, with no universal thermal schedule assumed.
