Define cloudy juice separately from puree
A cloudy juice or beverage base needs its own product description. Record the retained solids, visible particles, consistency and intended downstream use, rather than assuming a puree route produces the required juice. Whole fruit, purchased pulp and an existing liquid feed each create a different starting point. The project should identify the preparation and extraction arrangement before sizing downstream tanks and treatment equipment.
Choose separation from the product target
Some products retain suspended material, while others need a selected liquid-separation stage. Include separation only when the incoming feed and desired result justify it. A product described as cloudy does not imply one universal screen, separator setting or extraction method. Review representative feed and agree how the finished product will be assessed so that the scope matches the actual juice specification.
Keep the downstream line coordinated
The properties of the liquid feed influence buffering, transfer and thermal processing. Batch preparation and a continuous downstream stage can need different operating cycles, so tank duty should be derived from the schedule. The treatment outlet must be coordinated with the selected bulk package. Filling and storage conditions belong in the product plan, rather than being inferred from the number of filling heads.
