Prepared Kiwifruit Puree and Juice Treatment Modules

Add buffering, thermal processing, bulk bag filling and CIP to prepared kiwifruit puree or juice. Define existing-line connections and the product inlet.

Start at the material you already have

If your project receives prepared puree or juice, it may not need a whole-fruit receiving line. State the product at the inlet, including physical properties, temperature, process history and supply schedule. This starting point determines whether buffering, treatment and filling can be discussed as an independent module. Keep the existing upstream preparation equipment outside the proposed scope unless changes are specifically required.

Choose buffering for the actual schedule

An upstream batch operation and a downstream continuous duty can call for a buffer tank. Define the working volume and hold-up required from the operating cycles, not from a tank photograph. Agitation, heating or cooling requirements depend on the product. Transfer equipment and pipework are selected separately so that viscosity, particles and the receiving stage are considered together.

Coordinate treatment with the intended package

Prepared feed still requires a documented product objective and a project-specific treatment review. The thermal outlet must match the package and filling arrangement. A bulk bag system needs bag-fitment, metering and container-handling choices. Existing-line connections, controls and utility tie-ins should be identified early so that the module works as part of the plant's actual operating sequence.

Make retrofit responsibilities clear

List the equipment to be retained, the available footprint and utility conditions, and the inlet and outlet tie-in points. State shutdown or installation constraints where known. Agree which closed product circuits will connect to CIP and which adjacent equipment has its own cleaning procedure. A useful quotation can then distinguish supplied equipment from site piping, electrical, installation and validation activities.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before you choose your equipment.

Do I need washing equipment if I buy prepared puree?

The treatment scope can start with prepared puree. Its inlet condition and upstream history still need to be documented.

Can a module connect to equipment already installed?

Describe the existing product, controls, utilities and tie-in points so compatibility and responsibilities can be reviewed.
