State the feed entering the pulper
Describe whole-fruit preparation or the purchased pulp entering the processing chamber. Include cultivar, maturity, firmness, peel condition and relevant upstream history. The combined two-stage assembly is selected for that defined material. An undefined preparation duty cannot be solved by assigning an unverified machine rating, so identify the washing, inspection and peel or trimming method before finalizing the pulper scope.
Use a sample to define the finished product
Record the puree's body, visible seed condition, fibre and peel particles using a consistent observation method. Discuss the screen and working-part choices against representative feed and this target. No universal retained-seed, seed-free or intact-seed result is assigned here. Where product criteria are important, identify the material, sample point and acceptance approach that will support the equipment review.
Name the capacity and connected stages
State the rate and whether it refers to incoming prepared feed or finished puree. Include operating hours and the expected range of product conditions. Explain how material reaches the pulper and where the outlet will go: a tank, selected transfer arrangement or another stage. Feed stability, outlet demand and handling of side streams should be considered with the equipment selection.
Plan access and cleaning before installation
Reserve usable space for the screens, processing chambers and maintenance handling. The open or accessible parts retain an appropriate inspection and cleaning procedure. Describe layout constraints and changeover needs when requesting a quotation. A suitable proposal should identify the equipment duty, product criteria, access requirements and upstream and downstream connections, without relying on a photograph as a performance specification.
